Workshop Summary:
A drive through Highland County features our beautiful pastoral settings complete with fields of
sheep but many people are not sure how to prepare lamb. This workshop will focus on two
different ways to cook lamb with easy to follow recipes. Participants will prepare, cook, and taste
dishes featuring this premier agricultural product of Highland.

About Kim Wolfe
Kim brings her love of cooking and skill at teaching to this workshop. When she and her husband Mike retired to Highland, she became an avid gardener and celebrated the local foods available in the county. Preparing lamb has become a specialty and one her dinner guests is often request!
