Workshop Summary: In this workshop, instructor Melissa Moyers will teach and demonstrate the art of making yeast breads.  The different varieties of sourdough breads will also be discussed.  Participants will leave the workshop with their own sourdough starter and their own loaf of focaccia to enjoy.

About Melissa Moyers

Melissa started her baking career at Bittersweet Bakery in Staunton, VA where she learned to create all sorts of artisan breads.  After moving back to Highland County, she baked weekly at the farmer’s market and then for the Curly Maple.  She enjoys making a wide variety of breads and pastries.
